About Us

HSC Home Care, LLC is a licensed home health agency located in the District of Columbia. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and dedicated to providing home care services to residents who are infants, children and teens through the age of 21. HSC Home Care is the newest organization in The HSC Health Care System. For over a century, children and teens have been served by The HSC Health Care System to receive carefully planned, supportive rehabilitative and transitional care.

At HSC Home Care, we recognize the value in providing services in the home and reconnecting our clients back into their community. We provide transition of care by serving infants, children and teens in a familiar environment, their homes and communities. Our mission brings together focused delivery of care and services that supports our caring approach.

HSC Home Care is also guided by a family-centered philosophy. We not only help the child, we strive to help the family, and in some cases, the immediate community to understand and accept the challenges associated with the day-to-day care needs that can be managed in the home. We take pride in promoting a nurturing environment of family-centered care so that infants, children and teens can learn, play, and grow while receiving the medical care they need.

Our core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. After hours response is provide bilingually by on-call staff, 24 hours a day,7 days a week.
