Position: Office Manager

Service Area: HSC – Home Care
Status: Full-time
Shift(s): Days
Requirements: The Office Manager must be able to plan, organize and manage all aspects of medical staff/allied health professional functions. This individual will have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information and must be familiar in setting up systems for staff credentialing reviews. The Office Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office and must have participated in or be familiar with Accreditation and Standards Review and Survey Processes. Five years of supporting executive/director level position is required. Two years of college, a health care related certification from an accreditation organization, i.e. certification in HIMS, EHR, Bill and Coding, Medical Terminology, Credentialing is required. This individual must have a minimum of 10 years of health care related experience, must have a minimum of 10 years office staff supervision experience, team building skills and analytical and problem solving skills. Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Service Area: HSC – Home Care
Status: PRN
Shift(s): Days/Evenings
Requirements: The Speech Language Pathologist is a professional responsible for planning and administering speech language pathology evaluations, as well as planning and implementing appropriate treatment. Document provision of such care, utilization of support staff and participation in special projects as designated are also responsibilities of this position. Graduate with a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university. A Certificate of clinical competence in speech language pathology from ASHA and current license to practice in the District of Columbia is required. A Current CPR/PALS certification is required. Position: Physical Therapist

Service Area: HSC – Home Care
Status: PRN
Shift(s): Days/Evenings
Requirements: The Physical Therapist is a professional responsible for assessment, planning, administering and evaluating occupation therapy to patients requiring the service within the home setting as prescribed by the attending physician. Graduate of a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association or its equivalent. A current District of Columbia Licensure with the District of Columbia Board of Physical Therapy, a current CPR/PALS certification is required. Position: Occupational Therapist

Service Area: HSC – Home Care
Status: PRN
Shift(s): Days/Evenings
Requirements: The Occupational Therapist is a professional responsible for assessment, planning, administering and evaluating occupational therapy to patients requiring the service within the home setting as prescribed by the attending physician. The OT must be a graduate of a school approved by the Council of
Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent. A current DC license with the District of Columbia board of Occupational Therapy is required. This individual must be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association and possess a current CPR/PALS certification.
